Notes to add for training
1) Sprinting training is a must. eg: what we did for Friday's training : 8 sprints up and down one quarter, then 6 sprints from center circle, lastly 4 sprints from 2nd quarter
2) Arm training also a must. eg: end of training, bridge + one arm (both left and right) + superman blah blah. 30 seconds each.
Please please help to facilitate this part of our training. It'll help to keep us more fit as well.
