A little note from Coach

Hi ladies,

Coach would like to reiterate the importance of all players to attend training regularly. Every player is important to the team and Clique values every single one of you. Training from now till ENL is especially important as we need to work on our runs and communication on court.

Let's stay focus, work hard and achieve our targets. &Clique would also like to thank coach for his patience and guidance for the team.

Training and Fees

Dear all,

Please remember to bring $12 for jersey to be paid to Xun Hui on Saturday.
Also, for those who have yet to pay this quarter's fees, do remember to bring your amounts to pay Xun Hui as well.

Lastly,
Training this Saturday (18 April) will start at 10 am.
Timing could not be changed as the court fee has been paid.
Same drill, do inform if you are unable to make it for this Saturday's training on the top tagboard.
However, it is encouraged that everyone makes it down as this Saturday's training is an important one.

Urgent Training Announcement

Dear all,

Please take note of the following points for this week and next week's training:

10th April (Fri) - Training starts at 7pm at Court 4. Please make sure you are punctual.

11April (Sat) - Instead of Saturday afternoon training, is everyone available for a morning training?
starting time - 9-10 am.
Please state LATEST BY TOMORROW if you can or cannot attend Saturday's training. Joe needs to book the court.

17 April (Fri) - There isn't any court available for this date. So would everyone be fine if training was shifted to Saturday Morning (18 April) instead.
Starting time - 9-10 am
Again, Joe and Xiao Juan requires everyone to respond LATEST BY TOMORROW on whether they can or cannot attend Saturday's training.

Each person has to submit TWO LISTS to Xiao Juan.

Saturday Training

Saturday training has been confirmed.

First Saturday training would be this coming Saturday which is on the 4th of April from 3.30pm to 7pm. This training is in line with the Friday's friendly match, to work the different combination out for the Energiser National League.

As announced in last night's training, here are the a few changes made in the positions:

1. Jie Yun has stepped down from her position - Captain
   
   We will like to thank her for her past contributions to this team. (: &For now, the position - Captain, will now be left vacant til further notices.
   
   
   
2. Amelia has stepped down from her position - Treasurer, and Xun Hui has taken over this position.
   
   Again, we will like to thank her for her past contributions to this team. (: Reminder to all, please pay netball to Xiao Juan* for April to June. The amount to pay is under Netball Fees on the right column.
   * Xiao Juan will need to brief Xun Hui before handling over. Claims and etc to be settle/clear on 3rd April through Xiao Juan.
   
   Girls who have not pay up the netball funds from Jul '08 to Dec '08, please do so BY NEXT TRAINING. These are:
   - Qian Qin ($30.00) (QQ please refer directly to Xiao Juan if this is wrong, as the funds is not in order now)

5. Missing bibs
   Girls, the red and green bibs are currently MIA-ing. Whoever is holding onto them, please update us either directly to Xiao Juan or on the tagboard. If you're holding on to them, please bring it the next training and give it to Xiao Juan. Thanks.

Training this Fri

Dear all,

As we couldn't get a court at Kallang Netball Centre this friday,

Training this friday will be at NIE's Court 5 (@ NTU, BOON LAY) from 7 PM - 9 PM. (Please take note, it's not at the bukit timah campus that we went to last time)

Drivers, Please park at Carpark 4, the court is an outdoor court and near the basketball courts.
Address is National Institute of Education.Nanyang Technological University. 1 Nanyang Walk. Singapore 637616

Please Arrange to meet earlier and maybe go together to ensure that you don't get lost.
Also, please tag at the tagboard at the top right hand corner if you are unable to make it to training.

More information on how to get to NTU / NIE:
BY CAR:

The university is served by two entrances: Jalan Bahar entrance and Pioneer Road North entrance.

If you are coming by the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) in the direction of Tuas,

• get off PIE at Exit 36
• Turn right into Jalan Bahar after the down ramp and then look out for direction sign to the university
• Turn left into Nanyang Avenue and proceed ahead to the Jalan Bahar entrance
• About 5 m from the entrance is an information kiosk with a campus map, if you need help to navigate and locate the building you are visiting

If you are coming by the PIE in the direction of Changi Airport,

• Get off the PIE at Exit 38
• Keep left and look out for a direction sign to the university
• Follow the sign to access via the Pioneer Road North entrance
• Turn left if you are heading for the academic buildings and Chinese Heritage Centre
• Go right if you are heading for Nanyang Executive Centre, NIE and residential apartments

If you are coming by Pioneer Road,

• Drive straight towards Pioneer Road North which passes under the PIE flyover
• Look out for a direction sign to the university
• Proceed ahead to the Pioneer Road North entrance

Take 199 from Boon Lay Interchange (BOON LAY MRT STATION)

A very warm welcome to Xin Ying to Clique family! She's a new member of Clique, so everyone please make her feel welcome to the team. :D
